Learning Platform
A walkthrough for teachers logging into the site for the first time, explaining how to navigate a learning platform and find supports.
The brief. Patients were arriving unprepared for day procedures, which led to cancellations and anxious phone calls to the ward.
What we did
Clinical and nursing staff reviewed every line of the script for accuracy. We chose a warm, non-clinical illustration style and a slow, reassuring pace. Key instructions, such as fasting times and what to bring, appear on screen as well as in the narration.
The video was delivered with captions, audio description and a silent waiting-room version.
Outcome
Add real results here, for example fewer day-of-procedure cancellations or fewer pre-admission calls.
