The brief. A council was launching an online service and needed residents to understand what it does, who can use it and how to get started. The video had to meet accessibility requirements and be available in both official languages.

What we did

We wrote the script in plain English first, then worked with an Irish-language translator and a native voiceover artist on the Irish version. On-screen text was designed from the start to fit both languages. Colour contrast, pacing and captions were checked against accessibility guidance.
