Indicative costs and timescales for explainer videos, CPD series and ongoing video support, so you can budget before we talk.
Every project gets a fixed quote once we understand the brief, but nobody wants to start a conversation with no idea of the number. Most of our work falls into these ranges. All prices are in euro and exclude VAT.
Indicative ranges
- Explainer video: 60 to 120 seconds of custom animation with script, voiceover and music.
- CPD or training module: 3 to 10 minutes per module, built around your learning outcomes.
- SaaS onboarding and UI demos: short, screen-led videos for in-app help, onboarding and feature releases.
- Monthly video partnership: a set amount of video each month for product, marketing or L&D teams with a steady flow of releases.
What moves the number
- Length and complexity: a two-minute animated explainer with custom characters costs more than a 60-second screen demo.
- Illustration style: bespoke illustration takes longer than a clean motion graphics style built from your brand assets.
- Versions: additional languages (including Irish), cut-downs for social, and alternative endings each add time.
- Review rounds: involving several subject experts or compliance sign-off lengthens the schedule. We plan for this from the start.

We can quote against a tender specification or procurement framework, and provide the tax clearance, insurance and accessibility documentation that public bodies need.
