The brief. Safety inductions relied on slide decks that site teams switched off from. The contractor wanted training that people would remember when they were actually on a ladder.

What we did

We worked from the contractor’s method statements and safety team input, and showed each hazard as a simple safe-or-unsafe comparison. A silent, captioned 60-second version plays on site-cabin screens and works in noisy environments.
